The story
Booking Expert began in 2006 as an Italian channel manager and booking engine vendor. Since being absorbed by Zucchetti Group in 2019, it has evolved into a full hospitality suite (BeGain, BeSync, BeDirect, BeChain, BeOtelia) that plugs into Zucchetti's broader hospitality/fintech stack. Embedded finance is limited to payment acceptance inside the booking engine and BNPL awareness; the company itself is not a licensed financial player.
