Founded in 2014 as a Bitcoin broker, Bitpanda evolved into Europe's leading multi-asset retail investment platform covering crypto, stocks, ETFs, precious metals, and indices. In 2019 it launched a B2B arm (Bitpanda Technology Solutions) to white-label its infrastructure to banks and fintechs, which was rebranded Bitpanda Enterprise in 2026 and expanded from a single Investment-as-a-Service product into a full-stack institutional offering spanning custody, liquidity, stablecoin issuance, crypto payments, and tokenization. The company holds 16+ European licences and positions itself as the regulated digital-asset infrastructure layer for traditional finance.
