The story

Founded in 2015 as the MENA region's pioneering retail cryptocurrency exchange, BitOasis established itself as the dominant fiat-to-crypto on-ramp for GCC users trading AED, SAR, and other local currencies. The company navigated a complex regulatory environment, earning one of the first VARA Provisional Approvals in 2022 and subsequently becoming the first Broker-Dealer to receive VARA's full MVP Operational License in 2024. BitOasis has since been acquired by Neblio Technologies, operating as a regulated subsidiary focused on both retail and institutional crypto trading with broker-dealer infrastructure.
