The story

Founded in 1997 as a broad IT services and solutions company, Aurionpro pivoted through a series of strategic acquisitions (2005–2010) and product investments (2010–2018) to build a financial technology stack for banks and corporates. Between 2018–2020, the company divested non-core assets and relaunched as 'Aurionpro 2.0', an IP-led technology vendor focused on banking, payments, lending, and transit. The Singapore subsidiary Aurionpro Payments launched a B2B payment platform in 2022 and obtained RBI payment aggregator authorization in 2024, signaling a strategic move from pure software vendor to regulated payments infrastructure provider in India and Southeast Asia.
