Aplos started in 2009 as a desktop fund accounting tool for nonprofits, then relaunched in 2011 as a SaaS platform. Over 15 years it broadened from pure accounting into a full nonprofit / church back-office — adding online donations, CRM, communications, and (via AplosPay powered by Stripe) embedded payments.
