The story

Founded 2010 to solve last-mile distribution of solar and life-changing products in emerging markets. Angaza's core product is PAYG software that lets distributors sell devices on installment plans to consumers without access to traditional banking — with remote lock/unlock enforcement via IoT integration. Over time the company evolved from a pure PAYG SaaS toolkit into a broader distributor operating system spanning sales, inventory, workforce management, mobile-money payment collection (60+ providers), and a captive debt fund (SIMA Angaza Distributor Finance Fund) for distributor working capital.
