The story

Amber Labs was founded in 2020 as a UK-based consultancy focused on Digital, Data, Cloud, and AI transformation. The firm rapidly scaled from inception to 120+ consultants and £20–25m in annual revenue within a few years, serving enterprise and government clients. To support growth and bridge cash flow gaps inherent in large public-sector contracts, Amber Labs adopted Kriya's invoice finance and working capital loan products, embedding third-party lending into its operating model. The company has no embedded finance product offering of its own — it is a consumer of embedded finance services, not a provider.
