The story

Founded 2020 as Italy's first fintech bank exclusively serving micro and small businesses. Received Italian banking charter in 2021, giving it a full license rather than a BaaS-dependent model. Uses open banking data plus AI-driven credit decisioning (ACTICO partnership) to underwrite SME loans in 48 hours. Distribution scaled via a 2022 deal with Poste Italiane bringing access to hundreds of thousands of SMEs. Now expanding into private banking for individuals alongside the core SME lending franchise.
