The story
Founded 2006 as 3PL Central, a cloud WMS purpose-built for third-party logistics warehouses. Rebranded to Extensiv in 2022 after consolidating a family of adjacent acquisitions (CartRover for integrations, Skubana for brand-side order/inventory) into one omnichannel fulfillment platform. Current thesis is being the operating system for the 3PL warehouse and its brand customers — not a fintech, though the WMS's billing module and QuickBooks export sits adjacent to embedded-finance opportunities that third parties (e.g. DiversiFi's embedded lending for 3PLs) are now building around it.
