It has progressively layered embedded finance onto its accounting platform — first invoice factoring (Visma Betalt Direkt via Visma Finance AB), then business loans (Capcito), and most recently invoice loans (Froda Embedded). In 2024-2025 the brand was consolidated under 'Spiris', signaling a platform positioning move to serve hundreds of thousands of Swedish SMB customers as a full economic platform rather than just an accounting tool.
