The story

UnaPay launched in 2020 as a Philippines BNPL and credit-line lender under the Digido Finance brand, part of UnaFinancial, a Singapore-headquartered fintech group. The product was rebranded and expanded under the UnaCash brand, evolving from pure BNPL into POS loans (2023) and then installment cash loans up to ₱50,000 (2024). In early 2024 the Robocash P2P platform suspended new UnaPay loan placement, indicating a shift in funding strategy away from retail P2P investors toward in-house or institutional capital.
