Trainual

Founded by Chris Ronzio — who learned operational documentation running a youth sports video production company as a teenager — Trainual was built to solve the universal SMB problem of knowledge capture and employee onboarding. The platform positions itself as the system of record for company processes, enabling growing businesses to standardize training without manual repetition. Trainual has integrated with payroll and HRIS systems like Gusto and QuickBooks to sit earlier in the employee lifecycle, but has not itself built embedded financial products.
