The story

Founded in 2015, Klippa built OCR and machine-learning-powered document automation for businesses, expanding into two main product lines: DocHorizon (Intelligent Document Processing platform) and SpendControl (pre-accounting and expense management SaaS). In 2023, Klippa embedded corporate card issuance through Pliant's Cards-as-a-Service, moving the SpendControl product toward a more complete spend management suite. The company was subsequently acquired by SERgroup Holding International and rebranded as Doxis, integrating its capabilities into a broader enterprise document management portfolio.
