Syndic Yourself is a Belgian proptech that addresses a specific pain point in Belgian co-ownership law: the requirement for residential buildings to have a dedicated bank account and professional management. By embedding Swan's BaaS infrastructure, the company replaced the need for co-owners to interact with traditional banks (which historically imposed months-long wait times and expensive fees) and professional building managers. The embedded banking layer is central to the product proposition, not an add-on.
