The story

Founded in 2018 as a corporate Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform, Skipr combines a mobile trip-planning app, a SaaS HR management platform, and a Treezor-powered payment card to help Belgian and French companies manage employee mobility budgets and reduce CO2 emissions. The embedded finance layer (e-money account + card) is powered entirely by Treezor under an ACPR payment-services agent registration, allowing Skipr to issue mobility cards without holding its own EMI licence. The business model sits at the intersection of HR/benefits administration and regulated payment services.
