Nordea Investment Funds S.A. is the Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS/AIF management company arm of Nordea Asset Management (NAM), the asset management division of Nordea Bank Abp. The entity manages and administers cross-border investment funds distributed across Europe and Asia. A key infrastructure modernisation was the replacement of on-premises fund administration systems with Temenos Multifonds (now Temenos Fund Administration) to scale operations and support growing AUM in Luxembourg. The broader NAM group also operates Nordea Investment Management AB, the Swedish MiFID portfolio manager entity, and multiple international branches.
