The story

Mynt is the Philippine parent of GCash, the country's #1 finance super app, plus subsidiaries Fuse Lending, GXI (wallet operator), Ryse (investments) and Digico (business solutions). Founded 2015 as a JV between Globe Telecom and Ayala; pivoted from telco-adjacent wallet into a full financial super app spanning payments, remittance, savings, credit, investments and merchant acquiring. NOTE: A separate, unrelated Swedish company also named Mynt (mynt.com, EMI licensed in Sweden) operates corporate-card / spend-management infrastructure — that entity is not the subject of this mynt.xyz analysis.
