Mon Bel Appart

Founded in 2019 by Adrien Faure, Pierre Cloarec and Alexandre Pourchoux, Mon Bel Appart was created to fix the broken rental-agency experience with a fully digital alternative for furnished rental management. After raising €7M from ISAI, the company rebranded to Oqoro with the goal of expanding to the top 50 French metropolitan areas, connecting to more listing platforms, automating tenant document analysis to reduce fraud risk, and shipping a mobile inventory-of-fixtures app. There is no evidence of an embedded-finance pivot — the company remains a vertical proptech focused on rental management software and operations.
