LRS is a waste and recycling company operating more than 50 sites. Following rapid acquisition-driven growth, the company exposed the limits of paper-based HR processes and adopted enterprise HR/payroll infrastructure to support scaling. The embedded finance footprint is limited to payroll and HR systems used internally to manage its 2,300-person workforce rather than as a platform offering to customers.
