The story

KleerCard was founded to serve churches and nonprofits with purpose-built spend management and corporate card infrastructure. Rather than adapting a horizontal tool, it built fund accounting, multi-campus card controls, and sales tax exemption management directly into its core product. The company has since expanded to serve broader nonprofit verticals (schools, ministries) and secured a $50M credit facility, indicating a move toward owning the credit product as well as the software layer.
