The story

Founded 2013 as a Peruvian event discovery and ticketing marketplace, Joinnus evolved into the dominant Peru ticketing platform for concerts, sports, and cultural events. Acquired by Credicorp (Peru's largest financial group) in 2023 through its Krealo fintech arm, becoming part of an embedded-finance/wallet flywheel: Joinnus tickets are now distributed inside Yape, Credicorp's 16M-user payments wallet. The company's embedded finance footprint is heavily tied to Peruvian rails — Diners installments, Yape/Lukita/Tunki wallets, PagoEfectivo cash vouchers, and refundable-ticket insurance.
