The story

Founded in 2012 as a financial education and simulation platform (formerly Marketspringpad), Invstr evolved from a pure EdTech/social investing game into a regulated investment platform via Invstr+, adding real-money stock and crypto trading. The company registered an SEC-registered investment adviser (Invstr Financial LLC) and partnered with Apex Clearing for brokerage/custody and Vast Bank for banking and crypto infrastructure, embedding financial services directly into its education-first app.
