Following its 2022 acquisition by private equity firm Epiris, ISS accelerated its digital transformation — launching the OneCape suite to digitise and outsource disbursement account (DA) management and port call operations. The embedded finance angle centres on treasury modernisation: managing cash flows and pre-funding across 550+ bank accounts in over 60 countries, and increasingly digitising the payment and auditing processes that underpin global port calls.
