The story

Founded in 2018 in Brazil, Hashdex pioneered institutional-grade crypto index investing, launching the world's first crypto index ETF on the Brazilian exchange in 2021. The firm expanded globally by co-developing the Nasdaq CME Crypto Index with Nasdaq, positioning itself as the institutional benchmark provider for crypto. By 2024, Hashdex successfully launched the first multi-asset crypto ETF in the US market. The company now operates as a global crypto asset manager with products across eight countries, focused on replacing the complexity of direct crypto custody with regulated, index-based ETFs.
