Freedom Pizza is a UAE-based healthy fast-delivery pizza chain founded by Ian Ohan, drawing on his decades in UAE hospitality, real estate, and investment. Frustrated by off-the-shelf tooling, the team co-founded Big Dwarf to build the proprietary Freedom Connect platform, effectively turning the operator into a vertically-integrated digital ordering/delivery operation. Embedded finance exposure is limited to its payment-acceptance partnership with Checkout.com.
