The story

Flight Schedule Pro started in 2000 as scheduling software for flight schools and has steadily expanded into an all-in-one flight-ops platform (scheduling, training, maintenance, billing, reporting). In 2025 the company moved aggressively into embedded finance — launching an exclusive Sallie Mae student-loan integration and a $100M aircraft-leasing facility with Wings Leasing — positioning itself as the financial OS for Part 141/61 flight training, not just the scheduling tool.
