The story

FinClusive was built around the thesis that compliance is the key barrier to financial inclusion. Rather than being a bank or a payments processor, the company positioned itself as an embedded compliance infrastructure layer — its CaaS (Compliance as a Service) product wraps financial crimes compliance around third-party bank accounts and payment rails. The CaaS Gateway product bridges traditional finance and digital assets, serving VASPs and DeFi platforms that cannot easily access U.S. banking, making FinClusive a compliance gateway for the underserved segment of the financial system.
