Fidoo started as a Czech corporate expense management and business card solution, subsequently obtaining a payment institution licence from the Czech National Bank under the entity Direct Fidoo Payments s.r.o. The company expanded its embedded finance stack by adding FX and foreign payment services and building out a PSD2-compliant open banking developer portal. Part of the broader Direct FAMILY / Vigo group, Fidoo has evolved from a simple expense card tool into a multi-product spend management and payments platform for Czech SMBs and corporates, integrating deeply with domestic accounting software.
