Exact Online is the cloud-based accounting and ERP platform of Exact Group B.V., headquartered in Delft, Netherlands, and owned by KKR. Originally a desktop accounting software company, it transitioned to a cloud SaaS model under the Exact Online brand. The company serves over 675,000 SMB and accountant customers primarily in the Netherlands and Belgium. It has progressively embedded financial services—most visibly launching an invoice financing product with Rabobank in 2024—transforming from a pure accounting tool into an embedded finance platform for Dutch SMBs.
