The story

Founded in 1894 as a print newspaper publishing horse racing past performances, DRF evolved over more than a century through multiple ownership changes. Under Z Capital Partners and subsequently Affinity Interactive, DRF transitioned toward digital subscription services and data API products sold to platform partners. The company now operates as both a consumer-facing subscription media property and a B2B data/content syndication business serving racing platforms, while remaining a subsidiary of a casino and sports betting conglomerate.
