“Can a collaborative-finance marketplace become LatAm's default SME working-capital channel by bypassing the banks?”
Founded 2011 in Chile as a crowdfunding/P2P lending marketplace connecting SMEs needing working capital with retail investors. Core product is invoice advancing (anticipo de facturas) and working-capital loans backed by receivables. Expanded to Peru and Mexico, and more recently launched a tokenized investment product ('Cumplo tokens') to broaden investor access. Operates as a Certified B-Corp positioning itself against traditional Chilean factoring/banking.
Cumplo's lending and capital products are provided by Cumplo (in-house).
Cumplo is founded in 2011 and headquartered in Santiago, Chile.
