Credgenics was founded as Analog Legalhub Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to digitize and automate debt collections and legal recovery workflows for Indian banks and NBFCs. Over time it expanded from pure legal/collections automation into an omnichannel engagement platform covering payments, analytics, and AI-driven decisioning. More recently it has extended its SaaS model into adjacent verticals — launching CredInsure for insurance renewal management — and geographic markets including Indonesia, moving from a single-country collections tool toward a broader financial-services workflow platform across Asia.
