The story

Bnext (Block Networks S.A. de C.V., bnext.mx) is a Mexican Point-of-Sale and ERP software company founded in 2001 out of the Tec de Monterrey incubator — NOT to be confused with the Spanish neobank Bnext (bnext.es) founded in 2016. The Mexican Bnext is a vertical SaaS provider serving retail chains (e.g. Tiendas SIX, JOI Canadian Stores) with BnextPOS, BnextERP, CRM, QMS and a 'Bnext Financial' module that processes airtime top-ups, bill payments, prepaid card sales and remittances. Embedded finance here is shallow — it's a payments/value-added-services layer atop a POS system, not a neobank stack.
