Banxware Partnership

Can an orchestration layer become the default plumbing connecting European SME-rich platforms to multiple banks and lenders, instead of being a lender itself?

The story

Founded in 2020 in Berlin as an embedded lending provider for SMEs through digital platforms and marketplaces. In 2025, Banxware pivoted from a traditional structured finance setup to a capital-light Forward Flow model, anchored by a €10M strategic investment from UniCredit and a partnership with UniCredit's BaaS subsidiaries Aion Bank and Vodeno. Today the company positions itself as an orchestration layer connecting platforms, brokers, and lenders rather than a balance-sheet lender.
