The story

AstroPay began as a consumer digital wallet and cross-border payment solution serving users in emerging markets, particularly in Latin America. Over time it expanded to offer a merchant-facing business layer (AstroPay for Business) enabling merchants to accept payments and process payouts globally. In July 2025, AstroPay launched its AstroPay Platform — a white-label BaaS/infrastructure play allowing any company to embed multi-currency wallets, card issuance, FX, KYC, and compliance under their own brand, marking a deliberate pivot from consumer wallet to infrastructure provider.
