The story

Founded in 2000, Arroweye pioneered an on-demand, zero-inventory model for payment card production using digital print technology — a direct departure from the traditional batch-print, pre-inventory model. The company secured approvals from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as the first fully digital print production provider, making it a critical back-end supplier to financial institutions, fintechs, neobanks, and prepaid card programs. Arroweye expanded its relevance into the BaaS ecosystem by partnering with providers like Treasury Prime and Solid, embedding its card fulfillment capabilities directly into their platforms. In May 2025 the company was acquired by CPI Card Group, a move that consolidates two of the largest independent card production players in North America.
