The story
AI CERTs is a certification issuer, not a fintech. Founded in 2023 by Sarder Inc. in New York, it sells role-based AI and Blockchain certifications through a global network of Authorized Training Partners, Academic Partners and Affiliates. The business is an LMS/exam platform (Moodle-based) hosted on Microsoft Azure — with the only embedded-finance surface being consumer credit-card checkout for course/exam purchases. There is no lending, banking, payroll, insurance or capital product in scope.
